The Friends of Kartchner Caverns State Park (FKCSP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1999.
The Vision of FKCSP is to be the model to follow in the active support of cave research, preservation, appreciation, and education in the preservation of a living cave.
The Mission of FKCSP is to ensure continued preservation of Kartchner Caverns through advocacy, education and public awareness in partnership with the community and Arizona State Parks.
FKCSP raises funds through grants as well as events, and individual and corporate donations. Friends uses its funds to help with daily operations at the Park, docent and volunteer training and equipment, development of curriculum for elementary and secondary students, educational and outreach programs, and critical scientific research that will keep the caverns pristine and healthy for future generations..
As a Friend, you will support volunteers, school groups, interpretive education, scientific research for staff at the caverns, and greater awareness by the community and guests of Kartchner Caverns State Park.
